Company Organization

The Mendocino Performing Arts Company, d.b.a. Mendocino Theatre Company, is a 501(c)3 corporation organized under the laws governing non-profit organizations. The Company is presided over by a Board of Directors composed of a blend of theater artists, professionals and business people. The board may have as many as 13 members according to the by-laws and we are constantly on the look-out for potential members. Service on the board is interesting and rewarding. Board meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. and unless indicated otherwise are held at the theater office at the Helen Schoeni Theatre.
