The Magical Season

Magic is defined as illusions that make apparently impossible things seem to happen, things that have a special, mysterious, or inexplicable quality.

When MTC faced a financial crisis is the Spring of 2008, the community responded with overwhelming support and the crisis was averted.

This magical response enabled us to move on with the business of bringing you what promises to be a magical 2009 season. Saying thank you doesn’t say nearly enough.

The six plays that comprise the 2009 Mainstage Season share love and laughter and an uplifting look at the human condition. These are elements that so many of you asked us for. We’re confident that the six nights you spend in the theater will be both joyful and unforgettable.

These productions deserve a full house every night. The theater’s vitality depends on it. Subscription plans are extremely flexible and subscribers see one play free. So come on, pick up a pen, fill out the season ticket form and join this magical journey. I promise you, you’ll be glad you did.
