Kathryn Dodds
Kathy has long been a visitor to Mendocino and built her retirement home here in 2007. She splits her time between the Coast and San Francisco. Kathy recently retired to the Mendocino Coast after spending over thirty years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), an international public accounting firm. Her experience included information system consulting, business process improvement, systems implementation and quality, project management, business continuity planning, and information systems auditing. Kathy is a past President of the San Francisco Financial Women's Association and led the PwC NorCal Women's Networking Circle. She is also a member of Soroptimist Mendocino. Kathy has a BA Economics, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
While not a member of the theatre community Kathy’s family fostered a love of live theatre from an early age, one that has continued throughout her life. She has vivid memories of season’s tickets and performances at the Royal Alexandra Theatre in Toronto, Canada where she grew up. While living in New York she supported the Tony Randall theatre company as well as attending as many Broadway and off Broadway performances as she could! It was a natural step to join the MTC Board and lend her business acumen as needed and get involved wherever she can help.
